Pipedrive is a sales CRM and pipeline management software designed to help small businesses manage leads, automate the sales process, and close deals more efficiently. It offers tools for tracking sales pipeline, managing contacts, automating tasks, and analyzing performance with real-time insights.
How did we do it?:
Pipedrive approached us with the goal of converting more NPCs (new paying clients). We were initially quoted with generating an extra 10 conversions on their mid-high tier plans. We managed to full our monthly quota from the first month, converting 90% of leads on an annual plan for bigger immediate return.
We did this by leveraging Clay.com for sales triggers and relevancy to run highly targeted prospecting campaigns.

Twist Studio Design didn't have much tangible results and performance metrics tracked from their previous clients, so we dug a bit deeper and found out they had a helped an early-stage startup receive a substantial amount of funding. We then reached out to similar startups and offered to assist them reach the next funding round with our design services. It worked especially well with pre-seed and seed-stage startups.

How did we do it?:
When Matt Watson from Fullscale.io approached Jack Hayward and I, they were struggling to segment their market in a way that would allow them to only focus on the most ideal accounts.
At first, it was a matter of scoring his potential podcast guests, but it quickly became prevelant there was a bigger need. After scoring the entirety of their TAM in the US and Australia, they're now able to hyper-targeted ad campaigns withouth wasting marketing budget on having the default LinkedIn search target wasteful accounts.

Before we started working with RPDK, they had very little success with any form of prospecting campaigns. They had their luck with LinkedIn outreach, but with the time commitment of setting up campaigns and sourcing relevant accounts to reach out to, it wasn't worth the effort.
We started reaching out to UK and US-based medical device manufactures and quickly saw traction with our prospecting campaigns. We also ran campaigns to connect Josh Valman, CEO at RPDK, with dozens of event managers to do public speaking gigs.

By doing lookalike list building based on their previous clients, we were able to target similar clients that had received funding.

Having the majority of their social proof from national clients in Finland, we custom scraped an entire Finnish startup directory that immediately showed traction with our offer. Most of these leads are not on bigger databases, so we had less competition in the inbox.

When Yondr Agency approached Cold X, they had no previous experience with running outbound prospecting campaigns. Besides their main ICP they have focused one before, there was some other niches they wanted to explore. We approach involved using segmented lists, charming copywriting to stand out in the inbox, and utilizing a few lead magnets.
The result was a mix of meeting-ready-leads and sign-ups for their lead magnets, including a virtual summit, eBook, and a 2024 trends report. We quickly starting booking brands like Amazon, Sony, Adidas, Swarovski, Oracle, H&M, and many more.

By leveraging relevant case studies and the social proof of the founder, we quickly started seeing interest in exploring their offerings further.

We did this by leveraging AI-messaging and mentioning a product we liked from their offerings and suggested various 3D visualization ideas for them to further promote their product.
